Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which will include an order number. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of which items have been sent. Please note that if you order more than one item, it is possible that different items may arrive on different days depending on stock availability.

Once an order has been placed or warranty claim has been submitted, there is no guarantee the address change request can be accommodated. Please check your shipping address before completing your purchase or submission.

All Orders made before 12 PM EST on business days are typically shipped the same day. Note that packing and shipping are only prepared on business days (Monday thru Friday).

For standard stock and off-the rack products

Ground Shipping: Delivery is typically between 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the website. The exact timing is mostly dependent on your location relative to our warehouses.

Partial and Split Shipments

After placing your order, depending on available stock and the closest warehouse to your order destination, certain items in your order may be shipped separately. This may mean that your order will arrive in multiple smaller deliveries. We do this in an effort to get you your items quickly.

If your order is split into more than one shipment, you will receive an email notification for each partial shipment when they are packed and ready to leave our facilities. You will also receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment.

You will not be billed for additional freight charges if your order has been split into multiple shipments.

Extra Fees

Some oversized items classify as "Specialty Items" and may be subject to increased shipping rates as shown in the online checkout process.

Sales Tax may apply depending on the state in which you are located. You will be notified of the charge before completing your order.

You are not able to combine promo codes, discount codes, coupons and special offers.

There may be limitations that apply to the use of a code. For example, it may not be valid on certain products.

Codes cannot be reissued or extended under any circumstances.
