After you place your order, you will receive the following emails to communicate the status of your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

This e-mail confirms that we have received your order and typically arrives within 30 minutes of your online order. It includes information such as your order number, product item details, order total, shipping address and shipping method.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

This e-mail notifies you that your order, or part of your order, has shipped. It is possible that you may receive multiple shipment confirmation e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.

DELIVERY NOTICES

As much as possible, we will notify you by email when your order, or part of your order, will soon arrive; or that your order, or part of your order, was delivered. This service is dependent on whether timely notifications are received from the shipment carrier.
